Former Arkansas Razorbacks guard and current Utah Jazz rookie Ronnie Brewer recently closed on a house in Farmington’s Silverthorne Subdivision.
Brewer paid $490,000 for the one-story, 3,363-SF home that was built in 2005. The home will be for his family who’ll also keep their house in Fayetteville. Brewer also is renting a three-story apartment in Salt Lake City.
Brewer’s contract with the Jazz shows the No. 13 pick of the 2006 NBA Draft pulling down $1.59 million this season as part of a four-year deal worth $7.86 million.
