Prospective Buyers Targeted for The Lofts at Underwood Plaza

Early interest for condominiums at The Lofts at Underwood Plaza has been encouraging, according to Sheree Alt of Alexander Merry-Ship & Alt Real Estate Group Inc. in Fayetteville.
Alt, the exclusive listing agent for the Dickson Street property, said she already has compiled a list of 120 potential purchasers who will receive marketing packets once everything is completed.
Prices start at $250 per SF for the condos and go up depending on the view.
“We are waiting on the final floor plans in order to send out the packets,” Alt said.
Construction on the $22.5 million project is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2008.
