Crye-Leike Realtors Continue Expansion in Springdale

Readers may remember a Feb. 26 Whisper that Crye-Leike Realtors may be opening an office in Springdale.
Well, we hear its true. Crye-Leike will be opening a Springdale branch on April 1 on 48th Street. It’s the fourth city in Northwest Arkansas the nation’s sixth largest real estate firm has targeted for a branch so far. It also plans to open a branch in Fayetteville on Front Street by April 1.
According to Northwest Arkansas marketing manager Kendall Birdsong, the firm has grown from four agents on Jan. 2 to more than 40 agents.
Realtors started selling in Benton County on March 2 and have closed on $1 million already with another $3 million pending. Crye-Leike, which is based in Nashville, Tenn., already has more than 100 listings in Northwest Arkansas worth about $26 million, according to Birdsong.
