Early interest in Stoneleigh Centerton apartments has been promising for the developers of the 280-unit complex on E. Centerton Boulevard.
In fact, the first apartment was rented on Feb. 21 and many more are expected in the coming weeks, according to Natalie Rice, leasing agent for developer Texas BBL LP of Little Rock.
“Lots of people are wanting to move in, but they’re not needing to until March,” Rice said.
The apartments range in size from 597 SF to 1,073 SF and rent from $655 per month to $1,065 per month. Amenities include microwaves, refrigerators and dish washers. Washers and dryers will be provided for the first 140 units.
