Old-Tyme Donuts has signed a leased to occupy 1,200 SF on the east side of the building. It also has a location in Springdale.
Richard Binns, Ed Belto and Jim Lightener of Northwest Arkansas Real Estate in Bentonville are the exclusive leasing agents for Milestone Plaza. The asking price for space in the plaza is $14 per SF on a triple net lease.
