Mr. Tux of Bentonville recently completed a lease with Colliers Dickson Flake Partners Inc. of Bentonville for space at Joyce Plaza in Fayetteville.
Joyce Plaza, which is owned and developed by Joyce Plaza LLC of Little Rock, is located at the intersection of Joyce Boulevard and Steele Street. Existing tenants include Party City, Buffalo Wild Wings and McAlister’s Deli.
Colliers also recently completed a 4,800-SF lease transaction between Agracel Inc., headquartered in Effingham, Ill., and World Color Packaging, a supplier of graphic packaging, displays and source tagging solutions to Wal-Mart Stores Inc.
Butch Gurganus of Colliers represented Agracel and is the exclusive leasing agent for Agracel Business Park, located on S.W. “I” Street in Bentonville.
