The YMCA of Northwest Arkansas is revving up.
The group is now preparing to roll out its Founders Campaign with a goal of $600,000. The money would be used to cover three years of operations. Kalene Griffith, vice president, said the campaign would begin this spring.
Following the campaign, the organization could begin a capital campaign, conduct a feasibility study and hire an executive director.
The YMCA would like to build a facility and have a home branch and open smaller branches in Northwest Arkansas communities.
