Twenty-five Percent of Maison Sequoyah Condos Sold

Greg House and his staff at Houses Inc. have been busy selling units at Maison Sequoyah, a condominium project overlooking downtown Fayetteville.
House expects to close sales on more than 25 percent of the 26 units before the project is completed in January. One-bedroom units range in price from $130,000 to $170,000 while two-bedroom units range from $230,000 to $260,000.
“We’re pleased, but not surprised,” House said. “There’s not very many completed condominium projects on the market right now and because of its hillside setting only five blocks from the square, we have a real demand.”
The condos are built in classic old world design with French Provincial designer details throughout. The exteriors are traditional stucco with a centurion stone base and features covered, wrought iron balconies and/or terraces.
“It’s right on the edge of the woods, but with an urban feel,” House said. “And people are gobbling up the best views now.”
