Rogers Could Be Site for New Target

A certain retailer is looking along the I-540 corridor for a new location. A hint? It’s red and white, and has a target on it. Oops, did that give it away?
Well, we hear Target Corp. has been looking for a store location in Rogers, knocking at the front door of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. Target executives have been in town and seem to have narrowed the selection to two locations: Pinnacle Hills and Pleasant Crossing.
Target does have a store already in Fayetteville, but the company has only six store locations in the state, despite having a distribution center in Little Rock.
