High-rise Condos on Beaver Lake Being Presold at Solid Pace

A project some thought of as a long shot is off to a fast start out of the gates.
So far, Element Realty Group of Rogers has sold 23 of the 120 units available in the first of three towers that are planned. Element owner Jerry Dou declined to disclose exact figures, but with a base listing price of $300,000, the sales account for a minimum of $6.9 million.
“Pre-sales are always tough, but there are a lot of people who are pretty much waiting for the groundbreaking,” Dou said. “It’s great how many we already have pre-sold, but it’s not much of a surprise because there is nothing around here that’s like this project.”
Pre-selling began in late July. Prices range from $300,000 to just over $1 million per unit.
