Cadbury, Nike to Lease Space at The Peaks in Rogers

Haynes Ltd. of Rogers recently signed up two more tenants to lease office space at The Peaks in Rogers.
Sage Partners of Fayetteville assisted with the deal.
Wal-Mart Stores Inc. vendors Cadbury Schweppes PLC and the Exeter Brands Group, a subsidiary of Nike Inc., are the new tenants. Cadbury will occupy 10,500 SF and Nike will take up 7,862 SF.
Griffith Co. Realtors is the only other tenant signed for the 60,000-SF building and is scheduled to move into to 9,660 SF, which is all of the third floor, at the first of December.
A representative from Haynes declined to disclose lease prices, but said another “large” tenant could be added soon.
Cadbury Scweppes is an international beverage and confectionery group that sells brands such as Halls, Trident, Dr. Pepper and Snapple while Exeter includes Starter, Team Starter and Asphalt brand names.
