Colliers International Dickson Flake Partners recently leased the final 4,000 SF of Bentonville’s Regency Park to T-Fal, a Wal-Mart Stores Inc. vendor that specializes in cookware.
Now that the property, located on S. Walton Boulevard, is 100 percent leased, word is Regency Park could be expanded.
Larry Rose, owner of Rose Properties and Regency Park, has 40 acres behind the current property, including 20 acres that is zoned industrial.
