Nock-Broyles Land Development LLC recently obtained a $3.4 million loan from ANB Financial N.A. to purchase property on the Stonebridge Meadows golf course.

It’s the largest residential development ever presented to the City of Fayetteville at once, said NBLD principal Hank Broyles. John Nock also is principal in NBLD.

The development consists of 350 total units, including more than 175 homes, 115 condominiums and 40 townhouses. Everything will be priced below $250,000, Broyles said.

In a separate deal, Broyles Development LLC obtained a $3.7 million loan from ANB to purchase 30 acres of property on Wedington Drive in Fayetteville.

The plan is for an “urbanized development” between 46th Street and Broyles Avenue that will include 80,000 SF of retail, restaurants and office space. Much of it will have condos on the upper level with covered parking below.

Broyles said he expects to have around 380 total units that also include a bank, coffee shop, meat market, boutiques, a beauty salon and possibly even a wine shop.
