Pinnacle Bank Wants to Move Main Office to Rogers

Start-up Pinnacle Bank has filed an application with the Arkansas State Bank Department to relocate its main office, and charter, from Bentonville to Rogers.

Joe Mills, the bank’s president, has always told the Business Journal the bank would eventually be chartered out of Rogers, but it has been waiting until a permanent location could be built.

No word on when the move might become official because the bank has to wait for an ASBD board hearing.

Pinnacle was the first of a bevy of 2004 bank start-up announcements to actually open its doors, which it did on Aug. 30 of that year. As of March 31, it had $118 million in assets and $96 million in deposits.
