In the May issue of Men’s Journal magazine, writer Roy Wallack tells “Adventure” section readers to “hit Arkansas’ epic new Syllamo Trails before the rest of the mountain-bike nation catches up.”
The recently completed Syllamo Trails near Mountain View includes 51 miles of single-track that is “the nation’s largest mountain bike-specific park built on Forest Service land,” according to the article.
The International Mountain Biking Association, which is not easily im-pressed, says the trail system “has features that are once-in-lifetime experiences.”
Syllamo Trails is also featured in this month’s Bike magazine and is prominently reviewed on several biking and outdoors Web sites.
