We hear Dixie Development of Fayetteville has gotten a sizeable commitment for space at its Appleby Landing project.
A “large medical user” has signed on for 15,000 SF in the 76,000-SF building under construction at the project off Appleby Road in Fayetteville.
Construction has started on three of the 12 lots in the 17-acre medical office development and there are at least two 11,000-SF buildings planned for the site located right behind Washington Regional Medical Center. Site work valued at $1.7 million began in January 2005.
