Concrete Company Signs Big Order

American Decorative Concrete Supply Corp. of Springdale recently took a $2 million order from one of the five largest concrete manufacturers in the world.
It was the biggest order so far for American Decorative Concrete, which was founded in July by David Stephenson, Clint Howle and Les Davis. It is a sister company to American Concrete Concepts Inc.
We can’t say who the buyer is, but the order was for about 40,000 gallons of its patented solvent-based concrete dye and some spray applicators. And that’s just one month’s order.
The company sells eight different concrete-application products, which Howle developed over the course of two years.
Stephenson said business has really heated up since employees returned from the World of Concrete show in Las Vegas in January.
Basically, the product is different because the dye comes to the contractor in powder form and then is mixed on site. It also has an unlimited shelf life and is cheaper to ship.
