Mullikin Starts Hispanic Division

Randy Mullikin, president of the Mullikin Agency of Springdale, has hired Leo Cruz and created a Hispanic sales division.

Cruz will serve as vice president of sales. Mullikin said Cruz has more than 15 years experience in television, cable, radio and newspaper advertising sales.

The Mullikin Agency is a full-service advertising, marketing and public relations company.
