Sunbelt Business Brokers has an 11,000-SF restaurant business listed for sale on its Web site.
“Owners are overextended and want to concentrate on other business,” the ad states.
The ad says the Fayetteville restaurant in the heart of the entertainment district was established in 1994 and acquired in 2004. Asking price is $600,000, which doesn’t include real estate or monthly rent of $7,300.
A local business person, who requested anonymity, told us it’s Hog Haus Brewing Co., which is about 11,000 SF and opened as Ozark Brewing Co. in 1994.
The only other restaurant in downtown Fayetteville of that size that we can think of is Sodie’s, which opened in the Old Post Office building in 2004.
