Party on the Condos?

We hear a group of local real estate all stars plans to build 33 condo units adjacent to the west side of Reindl Warehouse in Fayetteville.

The project, called Spring Street Lofts, is the brainchild of Brandon “Hot Deals” Barber, John “The Mountain Inn” Nock, Mitchell “The Silent” Massey and Morgan “I have another condo project on College” Hooker.

Get your checkbooks ready and call Dallas Real Estate Services, because the 1,100-SF units will start at $275,000.

EWI Constructors Inc. of Fayetteville has been selected as the contractor for the 36,000-SF project valued at about $8.5 million.

Rob Sharp Architect Inc. of Fayetteville is the architect on the project that will feature an interior courtyard and exterior individual balconies. The building will be a brick and stucco finish.

The Bank of Fayetteville N.A. is financing the development.
