Sometimes the Arkansas Secretary of State filings intrigue us.
Take for instance the limited liability company filing for Northwest Arkansas Orthopedic and Spine Hospital LLC. The LLC was filed in June of this year.
We haven’t seen anything filed with the Arkansas Department of Health for this entity, but we’re pretty sure that if this hospital venture goes through, it will be the only physician-owned specialty hospital in Northwest Arkansas.
