Fayetteville?s Courthouse Data Acquired

Courthouse Data of Fayetteville has been acquired by Data Trace LLC of Santa Barbara, Calif.

Courthouse Data provides online title search services with a database covering 14 Arkansas counties. Data Trace now offers services in 26 states.

Richard Enright, regional vice president of Data Trace, said this is one area of the country the company didn’t cover and that the takeover was a great opportunity to enter a market without having to start from scratch.

Courthouse Data’s data will have to be converted, Enright said, and some new software applications will be used to search the database.
