Frappuccinos Flocking to Pleasant Crossing

We hear another Starbucks is coming to Benton County. In fact, Starbucks Corp. may have already signed a lease smack dab across the road from the new Wal-Mart Supercenter in Tuscany Square, a new strip center off Pleasant Crossing Road in Rogers.

John Alford and Charles Palmer of Wally Properties LLC in Fort Smith are the developers. Dallas Real Estate Services is handling the leasing.

We’ve also heard Starbucks is looking down the road in Rogers near Scottsdale Center, but that deal is still brewing.
