Fowlkes Flies to Mountain View

Tyler Fowlkes, the former vice president of investments for Greenwood & Associates in Fayetteville, has joined First Security Bancorp. He will help open and run the company’s first bank in Mountain View.
On Sept. 7, Bill Scholl, president of Pulaski Bank of Little Rock, also announced he was joining the First Security holding company as a president. Scholl will lead the company’s commercial banking operations.
