DB Squared Lands Clients

Software company DB Squared LLC in Fayetteville recently snagged two new clients: the Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville and Stephens Inc. in Little Rock.

The two companies signed on to use DB’s human resources software, JESAP, short for Job Evaluation and Salary Administration Program.

The cost of the software is about $1,000 per employee. Even though Stephens, which officially became a DB client in August, has more than 900 employees, the system will be used for about a third of the payroll.

The total cost for Stephens’ investment — based only on the software and not any consulting fees — is around $60,000 to $70,000.

The new additions put DB over its short-term sales goal of $250,000 for the last half of 2005, said Mike Gibbs, the firm’s president and CEO.
