Mud Creek LLC also plans to build two buildings across Mall Avenue from Noodles Italian Kitchen in what is being called Creekside Center, according to a filing with the Fayetteville Planning Division.
One building will house 12,000 SF of retail, which has yet to be leased. The other building will be home to a 9,000-SF Red Dragon Buffet restaurant, said Whitley Dunn, Dixie Development’s property manager.
The owners of Red Dragon already have two restaurants in the area, one in Springdale and one in south Fayetteville. They could not be reached for more information.
Dunn said construction should begin before the end of October, and the buildings would likely be completed next summer. Creekside Center will be north of Fuddruckers restaurant, between Mud Creek and the shopping center that houses a Goody’s clothing store.
