New Retail Hits Joyce

We hear so much about prospective retailers eyeing Benton County, it’s easy to forget about activity down south.

Letters of intent have apparently been inked by Starbucks, Qdoba Mexican Grill and Marble Slab Creamery for space in the 70,000-SF retail center, Nelson’s Crossing. Dixie Development is the developer of that site off Joyce Boulevard and College Avenue in Fayetteville.

Nelson’s neighbor, the Northwest Arkansas Mall, might also have a new tenant soon, women’s clothier New York & Co. But don’t get too excited yet, since operators don’t have a letter in hand.
