KHOG Hires Lericos As Sports Anchor

KHBS/KHOG, Channels 40/29, announced on Aug. 18 that it had hired Mark Lericos as sports anchor. He replaces Aaron Peters, who resigned in July.

Lericos is scheduled to begin working at KHOG on Sept. 15.

A graduate of Troy State University in Alabama, Lericos previously worked for WYFF, the NBC affiliate in Greenville, S.C. He has also worked for WAWS in Jacksonville, Fla.; WTVY in Dothan, Ala.; and KNVN in Redding, Calif.

KHOG is owned by Hearst-Argyle Television Inc.
