An e-commerce Web site designed by Rogers-based VeriSource Inc. boosted its client’s online sales by 52 percent in just more than a year.

Tiffany Mansell, an account executive with VeriSource, said Jotto Desk, a division of Assembled Products Corp. in Rogers, asked her company to improve the look and shopping ease of its Web site. She said it took her team about four months to complete the overhaul.

Jotto Desk manufactures a variety of mobile mounting platforms for communications equipment and laptops used by law enforcement and other fleet-related businesses. Assembled Products also manufactures electric shopping carts used by Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and other retailers.

Stuart Sage, director of sales and marketing for Jotto Desk, declined to reveal the company’s revenue figures, but said the Web site was a significant addition to the division’s bottom line.

“We’re getting seen by more people,” Sage said.

Once someone is in the site, it’s easier to navigate and eventually place an order, he said.
