United States Beef Co. plans to build a 3,400-SF Arby’s restaurant and a 2,600-SF Taco Bueno on 3.8 acres in Fayetteville’s CMN Business Park.

The property is on the north side of Joyce Boulevard between McAlister’s restaurant and a Shoe Carnival retail store.

The land is owned by Clary Development Corp. Andy Benning at U.S. Beef could not be reached to find out when construction is scheduled to begin.
