Signature’s Gary Head Considers Loan Office at Waterford

Speaking of additional branches and Signature Bank, Chairman Gary Head said that he’s thinking about opening a loan production office at Goshen’s newly approved Waterford Estates.

He said there may be a need for a mortgage office out on Arkansas Highway 45 because of all the home construction going on there. He said if the office is successful, it might just turn into a full-service branch.
