Three More Anchors for Pleasant Crossing?

Weve heard that tenants Gordmans, Bed, Bath & Beyond and Sportsmens Warehouse will be anchoring the shopping center at Pleasant Crossing, the 345-acre development off Pleasant Grove Road and Interstate-540 that calls for 1.2 million SF of retail. Wal-Mart Stores Inc. opened its Supercenter there in May, and both Malco Theaters and Saks Parisian have also announced plans to build.
The Pinnacle Group and Chicago-based retail development partner General Growth Partners also announced that a 99,000 SF J.C. Penney store and a 50,000 SF 12-screen AMC movie theater have committed to the shopping center.
A 155,000 SF two-level Dillards store is also slated as an anchor. Dillards announced it would build a store at Pinnacle Hills Promenade more than a year ago.
