Builder Leaves Peaks

Sincerity Homes Inc. of Springdale has jumped ship on 48 homes it was in charge of building at The Peaks. Building permit records confirm that Aaron Nickell Homes Inc. of Lowell was re-issued all 48 permits on the same Sincerity homes in early May.

Dionne M. Carruthers is listed as the registered agent for Sincerity Homes. We’ve heard that the lots sat by their lonesome without any construction activity for at least 30 days.

We’re not sure what happened between developers Collins Haynes, John Ed Chambers, John David Lindsey, Neil Johnson and Gerald Johnston for Sincerity Homes to leave the job at the 158-acre mixed-use development just north of the A.G. Russell Knives facility.
