We noticed that an online brokerage lists the Days Inn of Eureka Springs for sale for $997,000.
This listing said the 24-unit property “maintains a high gross yearly revenue that is operated 10 months of the year at $14,000 per unit.” Doing the math, that’s $336,000 per year for the entire motel.
The property is located on 1.9 acres on U.S. Highway 62.
“There is room for expansion with drawn plans for an additional 18 units,” the listing stated.
