In less than two years, the same Creekside land was bought for $219,000 per acre more. Of course, lots of dirt work and infrastructure has been installed since then.

Creekside Place’s original developers acquired the 115 acres in early 2004 through their shell, Creekside Development LLC, for more than $100,000 per acre or a total cost of more than $11.5 million.

Greg Nabholz of Sperry Van Ness Nabholz Properties of Conway and Tom Terminella of Terminella & Associates represented the seller in the most recent sale.

Ramsey Ball of Colliers Dickson Flake Partners represented the buyer in the transaction.

Down the street, 33 acres at The Peaks development sold for about $6.70 per SF, or $293,939 per acre in late 2004. Brandon Barber of The Barber Group and Collins Haynes, an original Peaks developer, have teamed up as Noonan LLC on that condo venture.
