Van Zandt, Shaw to Start New Real Estate Brokerage

Veteran commercial real estate pros Tommy Van Zandt and Brian Shaw are starting a new commercial real estate brokerage and development firm, Sage Partners LLC. The company is finishing out some office space at The Stephens Building on Fayetteville’s Futrall Drive, according to city building permits.
The duo has more than 33 years of combined experience in commercial real estate. They have been involved in large projects such as Fayetteville’s Steele Crossing, Springdale’s Har-Ber Meadows, Rogers’ Pleasant Crossing and Bentonville Plaza.
Van Zandt and Shaw had a minority interest in the Northwest Arkansas division of Little Rock’s Irwin & Saviers, which announced on March 7 that it would split. Jim Irwin and Mark Saviers were its owners.
