Terravista Landscape Lists New Owner

We heard that Terravista Landscape & Maintenance was for sale from several sources, so we decided to check out their incorporation status. Jean Geren has owned the Bentonville business off S.E. 8th Street for 17 years.

Jeannie Fleeman Sooter is now listed as the officer of the for-profit corporation, Terravista Landscape & Maintenance Inc., which filed its papers on March 28.

We did notice a 17-year-old landscaping business listed for sale on the Internet for $1.2 million. The listing didn’t specify the owner or the location, only that the business was located in Northwest Arkansas.

Sooter is a principal in Dynamic Development Inc., which is developing the 46-acre, mixed-use Fountain Plaza project in Bentonville. Dynamic Development is also a homebuilder that has built in subdivisions such as Pinnacle in Rogers and Heathrow in Bentonville.
