Communications Group To Open Fayetteville Office

Little Rock-based Paschall & Associates Strategic Communications will open an office on the fourth floor of the E.J. Ball Building in downtown Fayetteville in mid-April.

Steven Hinds, vice president of marketing and public relations for Arvest Bank-Fayetteville for the last nine years, will be president of the new office. His final day at Arvest will be April 6.

James Sheppard, the bank’s marketing coordinator, will join Hinds as director of business development by the end of April.

Paschall is a public affairs, public policy and marketing firm. It has been supplying public relations for Gary Head’s yet-to-be opened Signature Bank of Arkansas since it announced organization last year.

The company, headed by Bill Paschall, has provided public affairs for U.S. Representative Blanche Lincoln, Attorney General Mark Pryor, Attorney General Winston Bryant, the Coalition for a Healthy Arkansas Today, the Coalition for Tobacco-Free Arkansas and the Arkansas Trucking Association, among others.

Hinds said Paschall & Associates will also provide service for area clients Lease2you.com, a real estate rental brokerage Web site based in Fayetteville, and CenturyTel, a telecommunications provider with a growing presence in Benton County.
