IFWorld Sniffs Success
If IFWorld Inc.’s continued success in marketing its free content management systems wasn’t enough, its design for the University of Arkansas’ Agricultural Law Center keeps getting rave reviews.
Fayetteville-based IFWorld — owned by partners Jeremy Webb, Scott Mills and Matt Romine — designed www.nationalaglawcenter.org back in 2003. But as recently as December, national publications such as Law Technology News have been lauding the Web site.
Ann Flowers of the Monterey Institute of International Studies even recently described the award-winning site as, “An excellent resource for a specialized field.”
In its 10th year of business, and its ninth year producing Web sites, IFWorld has designed more than 200 Internet sites around the country.
Increasingly, the firm’s CMS sites have become popular because they allow businesses to update their online presence for free. The CMS design usually costs between $3,000 to $25,000 depending on the level of frills.
But IFWorld’s standardized CMS lets businesses maintain their own content without having to pay someone to know Web coding.
That means the periodic updates and online maintenance that typically can run owners $100 per hour can be avoided.
Jeremy Webb said demand for the CMS product doubled from its January 2003 launch to 2004.
