As supervisor of the executive suites division at Lindsey Management Co., Robbie Lentz, 29, oversees more than 750 upscale apartments at 33 properties across seven states. He’s helped more than triple the firm’s suites and land Lindsey among the top 5 percent of corporate housing firms in the world.

The Houston, native graduated in 1998 with a degree in business and economics from Hendrix College, where he also played varsity basketball.

His coach and mentor, Cliff Garrison, helped Lentz get an interview with Fayetteville real estate mogul Jim Lindsey and things took off quickly.

Lentz left the next day for an eight-month training stint in Oklahoma City and immersed himself in corporate housing. As new properties containing more posh apartments came on line, Lentz even signed leases out of the back of a construction trailer to help plan new units.

The avid golfer helped drive Lindsey’s upscale division from $1 million in 1999 revenue to about $4.9 million last year. The division continues to add 50 to 100 suites per year and keeps an average occupancy rate of 80 percent.

Lentz also oversees all 1,000 furnished apartments in Lindsey’s portfolio.
