Perry L. Butcher & Associates Changes Name

It’s not a ballroom, but it also has a new name — Perry L. Butcher & Associates, a longtime Rogers architecture and engineering firm, has changed its name to PB2 Architecture & Engineering. The new name reflects changes in the company brought on by growth and the recent retirement of its founder, Perry L. Butcher. The firm’s name change was announced in a letter from John T. Mack, principal architect, issued to clients and others with a 2005 calendar that was distributed just prior to the holidays.
Perry L. Butcher & Associates was ranked as Northwest Arkansas’ No. 1 architecture and engineering firm in a list published in May by the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal. The list ranked the firms according to the number of local employees. Perry Butcher listed 238 local employees, including 12 architects and four engineers.
