We hear that John Flake, Brandon Rogers, Rick Rogers and Richard Green have started a new entity called Orion Development Company LLC. Rick Rogers is president of the new construction/development venture. He spent the previous 10 years at CEI Engineering & Associates Inc. in Bentonville, where he served as a partner, member of the board of directors and department manager for local development and public works.
Rogers said the firm will act as a site- work contractor and a development manager and is already working with Orion Realty on Clear Creek commercial and residential sites in Johnson. Richard Green will be the construction manager for the firm. Flake, James Harkins, Jeff Kemp, Matthew Dearnley and Brandon Rogers are all partners in Orion Realty.
Orion Development will work as a manager for Orion Realty projects and will solicit outside jobs.
