New Title Firms Expand in Area

Little Rock-based firm, Pro Land Title has made its way into Benton and Washington Counties. Since August, the two local offices have written more than $40 million in title in insurance. The Bentonville office opened up in August, while the Fayetteville office opened in October. The firm, which is owned by Susan Long, has two other locations in Little Rock.

Pro Land isn’t the only new firm in town. Clear Title LLC also opened its doors in Fayetteville’s Mill District in October and told the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal it had written $1 million in title insurance in its first two weeks of business. Pinnacle Title LLC in Bentonville also opened in October. Triad Title Co. opened two offices in Springdale in 2004 and plans to have another office open in Bentonville by March.
