Eddy Has Plans For Hanks

When Bill Eddy, local motorcycle kingpin, heard that Hank’s Fine Furniture is moving from its store on Wedington Drive in Fayetteville to CMN Business Park, he knew he’d found a new home.

Eddy has bought the 27,500-SF furniture store and already has plans in hand for remodeling and a theme-oriented outdoor design. The building renovation and design will cost Eddy about $2 million, he said.

Eddy said he’s going to “do it up big” with the new store, hiring Retail Design Associates, which specializes in theme-oriented retail shops.

Eddy’s existing motorcycle shop, which just changed its name to Bill Eddy’s Motorsports, is located on Shiloh Drive. The store offers Kawasaki, Yamaha, KTM and Suzuki products. He’s also just opened a new Yamaha dealership in Rogers.
