Title Co. Sees Clearly

There’s yet another new title outfit in town.

Clear Title LLC has been shacking up in the Mill District building off South School Avenue in Fayetteville since mid-October. To improve efficiency, the firm is teaming up with Mill District neighbor Courthouse Data to provide all of its title research. Supposedly closing agent Evan Smith and the rest of the staff are moving full speed ahead, having issued $1 million in title insurance in the first two weeks of business.

The sneaky Clear Title folks wouldn’t reveal their company owners; only saying the firm has been financed by a group of private investors from both in and out of state.
