Otter Swims To Cave Springs

We’ve heard that there are three new subdivisions on the drawing board in Cave Springs.

We know that one of them is more than likely the 200-acre project of Gary Brandon’s. Brandon is naming the 235-lot project Otter Creek after the area in Little Rock where he used to live. A nice fancy entrance, probably with water features, is planned, and CEI Engineering Associates Inc. is working on the plat.

Expect to see dirt moving off Arkansas Highway 264 before 2005.
