Arsagas Consider Collier?s Corner

Cindy Arsaga said she and her husband Carey have been talking with Collier Drug Stores Inc. about opening a small coffee shop in 800 to 1,200 SF of the Collier’s building at 100 W. Dickson St. in Fayetteville.

“What we’ve talked to them about is putting it on the corner next to the Post Office and having outdoor seating,” Cindy Arsaga said.

Mel Collier, operations manager, said he’s still getting estimates for the construction costs (mostly flooring and plumbing).

The Arsagas have five coffee shops in Fayetteville. The newest one opened Oct. 9 in the new Fayetteville Public Library.
