Andy?s Frozen Custard is Coming to Rogers

Katy Powell plans to open Arkansas’ first Andy’s Frozen Custard franchise before Christmas in a 1,600-SF building at 2205 W. Walnut St. in Rogers.
Powell, who was previously a probation and parole officer near Kansas City, Mo., said Andy’s Frozen Custard is “90 percent fat free and made with all natural products.”
Besides the new Rogers location, Powell said the closest Andy’s is in Springfield, Mo.
Powell said she plans to open two or three other Andy’s locations in Northwest Arkansas over the next few years.
