George?s Builds Trackside Patio

The owners of George’s Majestic Lounge in Fayetteville built a patio this summer along Dickson Street and adjacent to the railroad track.
“It’s been affectionatly called George’s Trackside,” said Bryan Martin, general manager of George’s. “It’s about as close as you can get to [the tracks].”
Martin said the patio provides seating for about 25 people and a view up and down Dickson Street.
Martin said the patio wasn’t built, like many in the city, to allow smokers a place to congregate. George’s is one of 25 Fayetteville bars where smoking is allowed.
