Springdale Plans Technology Park

The city of Springdale is apparently close to announcing the start of construction on the first, 15,000-SF building at its 34-acre Springdale Technology Park.

The city spent $276,000 to build a street through the entire complex, which is bounded on the north by the four-lane Huntsville Avenue extension. The Park is also hard-wired with SBC fiber optics and already has all the standard utilities.
